In this presentation, showing an overview of the idea of Metal ion-implanted CVD diamond film for Surface-Enhanced Raman Scattering (SERS). Ion-implantation has the potential for controlling dopant concentration and space localization which will be useful for fabricating highly homogenous metal ion arrays. CVD synthesized micron thick diamond with remarkable physical and chemical properties, excellent biocompatibility, non-toxic, non-degradable, and low optical background is proposed as a candidate to realize a high-performance dielectric SERS platform. To find out the best enhancement combination, we have to implant the metal ions at different implantation parameters which can control the number, size and spacing of the ions on the substrates.
