DAPNe (Direct analyte-probed nanoextraction) is a spatially resolved extraction technique which is combined with mass spectrometry to gain a molecular profile of a discrete area of a sample. This presentation discussed how this technique can be used alongside IBA to gain both elemental and molecular information.
