Direct analyte-probed nanoextraction is a spatially resolved extraction technique which is combined with mass spectrometry to gain a molecular profile of a discrete area of a sample. This presentation discusses how DAPNe can be used in conjunction with IBA to gain both elemental and molecular information, specifically for proteomic localisation and identification.
