Here we present a RADIATE project in collaboration with Pedro Fernandez-Llario at Ingulados Research, Spain and Javier Salguero-Bodes at Public Health England. We are looking at the more efficient ways of delivery aerosol vaccine to treat Tuberculosis. For this work, we used PIXE to image numerous lobes from non-human primates, adminstered with Au nanoparticles, to determine which method (facemask or mouthpiece) was better in Au delivery.
