Quality Policy

It is the policy of the Surrey Ion Beam Centre to do work at the highest possible quality. We therefore intend:-

• to treat customer service as an essential part of the business, giving satisfaction to all of our customers and other stakeholders and interested parties; meeting, and whenever possible exceeding, their expectations;
• to satisfy our clients’ requirements and get things right first time. Should we make a mistake, we will admit it and rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
• to maintain a quality system designed to meet the requirements of ISO-9001:2015 in pursuit of its aims.
• to use “risk analysis” and any other relevant means to seek continual improvement of our Business Management System.
